Happy Customer!!

Our Service Department works diligently every day to provide our customers with an exceptional service experience. As I'm sure you can relate, keeping up with your vehicle's regular maintenance is not necessarily a fun task. Now imagine how you would feel if an unexpected vehicle concern arose on your way out of state, you've gone from "not fun" to perhaps "stressed out" or worse, delaying your arrival to your out of state…

Growing Pains...

Change...it's a part of growth. No matter how much we like things to stay the same, reality dictates that change, is a necessary part of growth, and development. At Belknap Subaru we have been blessed with some incredibly good fortune. We have a relatively new building, a facility that was designed for the comfort, and convenience of our customers, and good people.

We have grown this business in a fashion that is astounding...more accurately put, you, have helped us grow at an almost unheard of rate, and we're very grateful!

One of the most difficult areas…

Putting People First

It's a great slogan, but can you live up to the ideal of putting people first in your business dealings? In tough economic times it is always difficult to take your eyes off the cost of doing business.

One Stop Shopping

Sometimes an idea pops into your head that just makes sense...it doesn't need a lot of discussion or debate, and upon reflection you ask yourself, why did we wait so long to do this?

That is why we decided to open up our service department to our Customers who might also own non-Subaru vehicles. It only make sense that if you have seasoned, skilled, and certified technicians, and your customers already enjoy the work performed and, have a trusting relationship with the advisers at the desk...why not provide true one stop shopping?

To be fair...we can…

Repairing things...

Whether we like it or not...ready or not...things break! I went to the doctors office recently, and was faced with an unpleasant fact. The knee installed by my manufacturer had worn out and needed repair. I couldn't put it off, it needed to be done. Fortunately I have a great medical technician who is board certified and completely trustworthy! I had the repair performed, it went absolutely without a problem or complaint.

While healing, I had time to think about comparisons between our service department and the surgeon who performed my repair. We both had excellent facilities…

April is Car Care Month...

Every April Subaru dealers participate in Car Care Month. It is a time we set aside each year to work with our customers, usually just at the close of Winter, to help them get their car back in shape.

New England is notorious for its long, and often hard winters. The spring can often be just as tough...potholes, broken pavement, and other naturally occurring hazards play havoc with a car's tires and alignment. Longer idling times, and heavy use break down vital engine and transmission fluids, and filters get clogged from the additional work they perform in the…

Our New Home

Mark Johnstone, President of Belknap Subaru, expressed his excitement about moving to Tilton, "We love Tilton! Belknap Subaru acquired the property at 35 Tilton Road, in Tilton, New Hampshire, (formerly known as H.K. Power Sports), as the new home for their popular Subaru Franchise. It was also perfect timing to introduce the all new Subaru Impreza. Restyled and re-engineered for better fuel economy and a look you have to see to believe.

For the last several years we searched for a location that would be more centrally located in our market area. Striving to better serve our customers, and…
