Parts Associate

Belknap Subaru, Inc. in Tilton, NH has an opening for an Automotive Parts Associate. Duties include selling/receiving automotive parts by taking and clarifying customer orders, obtaining payment, issuing sales receipts and stocking items.
Must interact with technicians and service department as well as developing new outside wholesale relationships.

We are looking for a team member who possesses excellent communication skills and a desire to learn in a friendly workplace.

Salary and monthly commission are based on level of experience.

You must have a great attitude and a willingness to learn and be challenged to strive for customer satisfaction.

Service Technician

Responsibilities
  • Perform work with efficiency and in accordance with dealership guidelines.
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Service Technician experience required
  • State Inspection license is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Valid driver's license
