Our Service Department works diligently every day to provide
our customers with an exceptional service experience. As I'm sure you can
relate, keeping up with your vehicle's regular maintenance is not necessarily a
fun task. Now imagine how you would feel if an unexpected vehicle concern arose
on your way out of state, you've gone from "not fun" to perhaps
"stressed out" or worse, delaying your arrival to your out of state
destination. Unfortunately this exact scenario happened to one of our customers
just the other day. She was so impressed with how our Service Department
quickly and efficiently handled her concern that she wrote them a letter to
