Change...it's a part of growth. No matter how much we like things to stay the same, reality dictates that change, is a necessary part of growth, and development. At Belknap Subaru we have been blessed with some incredibly good fortune. We have a relatively new building, a facility that was designed for the comfort, and convenience of our customers, and good people.

We have grown this business in a fashion that is astounding...more accurately put, you, have helped us grow at an almost unheard of rate, and we're very grateful! 

One of the most difficult areas to project, and expand, is our service department. This is because we need highly trained people...not just any people...people who understand that customer satisfaction is going the extra mile, and working every day to meet high standards.

Our phones have been very busy, our writers have been busy, our technicians work long hours, while still maintaining excellent quality, but the wait times have increased, and the appointments were spread out longer. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I am writing this today to keep you...our valued customers in the loop. We have made some changes in both people and processes, to address the concerns we have heard from you. We are sorry that some of the people we have enjoyed working with have moved on...it's always sad to say goodbye to people we like, and people we have gotten to know...but our growth and our commitment to expand service requires change.

We hope you will be patient with us as we expand. We have some large projects we are working on. Our management team is working on AAA certification, we have installed two additional lifts, and we have hired two additional technicians. We hope that these new employees will cut wait times, and allow us the flexibility to offer you service on demand. In addition we are hiring additional service and parts counter people to help speed up the drop off process. We will hire people you will like, and people who will earn your trust...

Our goal is to offer the best vehicle service experience anywhere. We believe...with your help, we can achieve that goal! Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have a good experience or one we can improve upon.
