An Update for Our Customers...

January 6, 2015

Dear Friends,

The new year is upon us, and we are looking at some improvements to the dealership. We have hired Deanna Rooney as an additional business manager. This should speed up the delivery process, and improve the overall purchase experience. We are looking to upgrade our waiting area with some additional entertainment options, is the form of tablets for customer use.

We greatly appreciate your on going support and patronage...it is a tribute to the automobile, the staff, and most importantly,  you our customers!

We continue to work on our service area. We have been moving towards "service right now" in an attempt to make it more convenient to get things done. We have made improvements to the wait time...but we are still not where we want to be. I appreciate all the helpful comments and suggestions. We are discussing them, and looking for ways to implement them as quickly as possible. We have broadened the snack selection, and are working to make sure we stay on top of keeping the coffee fresh. Please don't hesitate to mention, to any of the staff, if we are low, or need a fresh batch!

Further construction will be coming in February, as we update the flooring, in our showroom, and waiting area. I will keep you posted!

I continue to write these letters to keep you...our valued customers in the loop. We hope you will be patient with us as we expand. We have some large projects we are working on. Our goal is to offer the best vehicle purchase, and service experience anywhere. We believe...with your help, we can achieve that goal! Please don't hesitate to let me know, if you have a good experience, or one we can improve upon.
