It is that time again...snow is melting, birds are chirping, New Hampshire transforms itself into a warmer, and more inviting place. It is also the season for tourists to begin returning, summer residents will once again return, to open the windows and doors of their second homes. Yes springtime has arrived....
Along with the vacationers, we also have a special group of visitors, from all over our great country. They come not to vacation, but to earn support, money, and votes. They represent many different political beliefs and philosophies. They are women and men, some well known, some not so much, and they will be with us for the next year. We wish them a warm New Hampshire greeting. We promise to do our part, we will listen with attention. Ask tough questions. We will have you in our homes, town halls, and schools. We know there will be some crazy things happening...but do your best!
We wish them luck...and most importantly we ask them to respect us and see what makes New Hampshire, the truly wonderful place that it is. From our state bird the black fly...to our Lilacs, Lady Slippers, and our granite mountains...the good, and the bad...welcome to New Hampshire!
