There is nothing quite as wonderful as a steamy, hot, cup of hot chocolate, on a cold winter day. It is a comfortable beverage, that you can count on, when the temperatures drop.
When I was a child it was quite a treat for us kids, when my grandmother would whip up a batch of that chocolaty goodness. I have many fond memories of spending winter days, playing outside, snowballs and snow forts, shoveling, sledding, and knocking down icicles, then at the end of the day, returning to that old familiar favorite.
All grown up, I like it when I can find people and products that have a hint of nostalgia. I drive a Subaru for that very reason. As a young man, my dad ran a Subaru dealership, and I remember him assuring us that even though the weather was bad...his Subaru would get him to work and back again safely. I remember him taking me looking for snow drifts and bad roads, so he could show me how the car would seemingly go through anything.
I now have a family of my own and they too have Subaru's. The car is like a comfortable pair of jeans, they look great, they're comfortable, and you can travel anywhere you want to go. I feel better knowing my children and my wife are behind the wheel of this trusty car. Yup...Just like a steamy cup of hot chocolate...count on it!
